Zac Hoffman is a 20 year old mogul skier/filmmaker from Thornhill, Ontario. Zac got his start in mogul skiing at a young age, following the footsteps of his father and brother. Now, Zac is a member of the Canadian National Mogul Team competing primarily on the NorAm tour, currently taking time off of school, with the plan of eventually studying film.
The little time that Zac isn’t training or competing, he spends behind a camera. Growing up a ski fanatic meant that he watched the new ski movies each fall. Naturally, Zac soon acquired his own camera and was making videos of him and his friends skiing, skateboarding, etc.
In 2011 Zac created OMTV . An online video series which featured the training and competing of the Ontario Mogul Team. The series was received much better than expected. People from all over the world were watching the episodes, and many wanted to be involved.
Knowing that the mogul skiing community was interested in being apart of Zac’s films, he shifted his focus to his newest and biggest project, that will feature the mogul skiing community as a whole. Bumps: A Mogul Skiing Documentary.
